Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting risk based internal audits across manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, inventory, projects, finance, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct operational and financial audits
• Audit manufacturing operations, production planning, yield management, scrap control, and asset utilisation
• Review procurement processes, vendor selection, tendering, and contract management
• Verify compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
• Support enterprise risk assessments and governance initiatives
• Use data analytics for continuous auditing and monitoring
• Identify operational and financial risks and recommend improvements
• Prepare and present internal audit reports to relevant stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in Internal Audit, preferably in manufacturing or large corporate environments
• Good understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance, and operational processes
• Knowledge of data analytics and continuous auditing will be an advantage
