Role Overview
The selected candidate will work on underwriting and credit evaluation for high ticket secured lending products. The role provides exposure to large value loan assessments within the housing finance and lending sector.
Key Areas
• High ticket LAP underwriting
• LRD underwriting
• Construction finance underwriting
• Mortgage credit assessment for ticket size above Rs 5 Crores
Eligibility Criteria
• CA preferred
• Fresher or up to 2 years experience
• Experience in mortgage underwriting preferred
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills
