What to do after the CA Foundation result

If you have passed: As a result, you are now eligible to register for the CA Intermediate course. Next, complete your Intermediate registration through the ICAI Self Service Portal so that your attempt is not delayed, and start your preparation with a fixed daily study plan. In addition, our CA Intermediate result September 2026 coverage shows the level you are moving into and how toppers at that level performed.

If you have not passed: first, download your scorecard and note the paper where you lost the most marks. Meanwhile, the next Foundation session follows the regular ICAI cycle, which gives you a clear window to rebuild the weak paper instead of repeating the whole preparation in the same way. For example, many candidates clear in the next attempt by changing how they practise, especially in Quantitative Aptitude and Business Laws, the two papers with the widest spread of marks this session.

If the result page does not open

At first, the result portal receives heavy traffic in the first few hours after declaration. Therefore, if the page does not load, wait for some time and try again instead of refreshing repeatedly. Also, use only the official websites, caresults.icai.org and icai.org. In addition, do not enter your registration number or roll number on any unofficial website that claims to show the result, and do not pay any website for your scorecard. Finally, the result is free on the ICAI portal.
