Position: Associate – Corporate Finance CoE
Location: Gurgaon
Experience Required:
- Undergraduate: 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Postgraduate: 0–2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA Level 1/2 cleared
Role Overview:
As an Associate in the Corporate Finance CoE, you will support Bain’s consulting teams across regions by providing financial insights, analytical models, and market research. Your work will help shape client strategies across mergers and acquisitions, valuations, capital structure optimization, and other corporate finance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation, transaction analysis, and business forecasting.
- Conduct equity and credit research, including financial statement analysis and peer benchmarking.
- Support teams with capital markets research and financial due diligence.
- Collaborate with global Bain teams to deliver actionable insights and client-ready deliverables.
- Present findings effectively through clear PowerPoint reports and Excel analyses.
- Use Python and other analytical tools to automate financial analysis and enhance model efficiency.

- Strong foundation in corporate finance, accounting, and valuation principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Python, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
