DeeCast Hiring CA Fresher for International CFO & Controllership Role
DeeCast is hiring a newly qualified Chartered Accountant as Executive – CFO & Controllership (International) in Connaught Place, New Delhi. This is a full-time role with a budget of ₹10–14 LPA, open to CAs with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience. The role offers end-to-end exposure to group finance for international clients across the UK, UAE, US, and India.

Key Responsibilities
- Group Finance & Consolidation: Month-end close, journals, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency revaluation.
- Management Reporting: Monthly management accounts, KPI reports, and variance analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Preparation of financial statements under IFRS, UK GAAP (FRS 102), or US GAAP, along with audit coordination.
- Tax & Compliance: Support VAT, corporate tax, and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Cash Flow & Treasury: Maintain 13-week cash flow forecasts and support cash and payment planning.
- Budgeting & Financial Modelling: Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models for fundraising and investor reporting.
- Internal Controls: Develop SOPs, document processes, and strengthen financial controls.
- CFO Support: Assist with pricing analysis, cost reviews, and strategic finance projects.
- Automation: Leverage Excel automation and AI tools to streamline financial close and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience
- Working knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS
- Articleship experience in audit, accounting, or financial reporting preferred
- Exposure to consolidation or international entities will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of financial statements and their interlinkages
- Excellent Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good written English and the ability to communicate with clients
