Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for end to end execution of project finance transactions across infrastructure, energy, metals, mining, manufacturing, telecom, healthcare, hospitality, and other sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Deal origination
• Financial modelling
• Risk assessment and credit appraisal
• Deal structuring and negotiations
• Due diligence
• Information memorandum preparation
• Presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Sector research and regulatory compliance
• Debt syndication
• Operational activities related to disbursement and security creation
Eligibility Criteria
• CA or MBA
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Investments, Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, Banks, NBFCs, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
