Key Responsibilities
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
• Manage end to end accounting operations including Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), payroll, fixed assets, and inventory
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial policies
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, cash credit limits, term loans, and bank guarantees
• Review bank, GST, vendor, customer, and inter company reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities
• Drive statutory audit closure, compliance, risk management, and cost control initiatives
• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights for business decision making
Eligibility Criteria
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 3 to 4 years of post qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
