Key Responsibilities
- Assess credit proposals for Agri and MSME working capital requirements, including financial analysis and risk assessment
- Prepare credit appraisal reports, sanction terms, and monitoring frameworks
- Coordinate with branch and relationship teams to follow up on documentation and disbursements
- Monitor borrower performance and assist in recovery or restructuring discussions when required
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with up to 2 years of post qualification experience
- Exposure to credit appraisal, working capital financing, or MSME lending is preferred
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and cash flows
- Good communication and coordination skills, with a customer centric approach
- Local to Kanpur, and available for immediate joining is an advantage
