Anand Rathi Wealth is looking for talented and motivated professionals to join its Wealth Management team as Account Managers (AM). This role offers excellent exposure to client relationship management, portfolio strategy, and financial planning, with a clear career path toward becoming a Relationship Manager (RM).

Future Growth: Opportunity to become a Relationship Manager (after ~3 years based on performance)


Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning, Portfolio Strategy & Reporting

  • Assist the RM in creating financial plans for clients based on their requirements.
  • Follow the firm’s 6-step process and 2-point strategy to align client portfolios with goals.
  • Monitor and report portfolio performance at regular intervals, including asset allocation and IRR.
  • Highlight portfolio variances and suggest actionable steps to align with the strategic plan.

2. Identifying Investment Opportunities

  • Evaluate client portfolios and suggest opportunities in:
    • Mutual Funds (MFs)
    • Structured Products
    • Alternative Investments
    • Other asset classes based on internal research recommendations

3. Business Development Support

  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and referrals.
  • Assist the RM in client acquisition and business expansion activities.

4. Documentation

  • Execute mutual fund and structured product transactions.
  • Handle non-financial client requests (e.g., change in bank mandate).
  • Support clients in opening broking and DP accounts.

5. Client Servicing

  • Address and resolve client queries promptly and professionally.

Career Progression

  • The firm offers a clear growth path from Account Manager to Relationship Manager.
  • AMs are expected to gain client-level portfolio advisory skills and product-market knowledge.
  • Typical progression timeline: 3 years (based on performance and experience).
  • The client base includes high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) aged between 45-60 years, offering valuable exposure in wealth management.
