About the Role

At Hindustan Power, Chartered Accountants will not just be part of the accounting function but will also play a key role in business operations and strategic growth. The role involves:

Building detailed financial models from scratch
Analyzing and interpreting the commercial variability of transactions
Preparing management presentations and business insights reports
Supporting decision-making at senior management levels

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – 2023, 2024, or 2025 batch
Strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and financial ratios
Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and presentation abilities

Non-Negotiable Traits

Deep understanding of accounting and taxation concepts
Analytical thinking and commercial awareness
Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations

Compensation

Fixed CTC: ₹9,00,000 per annum or more
Other Benefits: As per industry standards
