📌 Job Profile – Treasury Operations
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Cash Flow Management – Daily monitoring and investment decisions.
- Documentation – Timely completion of borrowing (CP, NCD, ICD, loans) & investment documentation (MF, TREPS, FD, CD, CP).
- Debt Servicing – Timely servicing of debt/interest obligations.
- Reconciliations – Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.
- Regulatory Reporting – BSE, SEBI, IPA, Rating Agencies, Trustees, Depositories, RTA, Investors, etc.
- Stakeholder Coordination – With investors, custodians, and external agencies.
- System & Compliance – Credence system maintenance, internal controls, treasury manuals, board resolutions.
- Reporting – To management on operations & compliance matters.
- Support Functions – Assist ALM Support and Front Office.
✅ Job Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (Fresher).
- Strong communication skills & positive attitude.
- Tech-savvy with ability to manage high transaction volumes.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and problem-solve.
- Self-starter – proactive in identifying challenges & opportunities.
- Commitment to timeliness and accuracy.
