Position: Credit Manager
Location: PAN India
Eligibility Criteria:
- CA
- MBA with 1–4 years of experience
- Any Graduate with 5–6 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess creditworthiness of individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients
- Undertake risk analysis and prepare credit appraisal memos
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with credit policy guidelines
- Work closely with relationship managers and business teams to support lending decisions
- Identify early warning signals and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure timely decision-making while maintaining high standards of governance and quality
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis
- Knowledge of credit risk management, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
- Analytical ability with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel/financial modeling
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
