Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis, financial modeling, and business performance reviews.
- Partner with business teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Support strategic decision-making with deep analytical and financial insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills (experience with BI tools will be an advantage).
- Background in investment banking, consulting, corporate FP&A, or CA/MBA with relevant experience preferred.
- Passion for numbers and eagerness to create impact in a fast-growing EV ecosystem.
