About the Role – Manager, Direct Tax

The Direct Tax Manager will play a key role in managing compliance, audits, advisory, and litigation matters related to direct taxation. The role demands technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in taxation and audits.

Key Responsibilities

Handling tax audits, transfer pricing (TP) audits, and income tax returns.
Managing TDS compliance and direct tax litigation matters.
Responding to scrutiny notices, appeals, and processing of refunds.
Providing tax advisory services, including compliance with 15CA/15CB filings.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Financial services sector, or
- Mid-sized CA firms with exposure to taxation and compliance.
Strong knowledge of income tax laws, transfer pricing, and litigation processes.
Candidates residing along the Western Railway line in Mumbai will be preferred.
