Role Overview
The role involves end to end IPO advisory including preparation and review of DRHP and RHP, due diligence, coordination with regulators, and execution support. Candidates should have practical exposure to IPO processes and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
• CA or CS qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IPO advisory experience
• Hands on experience in DRHP and RHP preparation
• Experience in due diligence and IPO execution
• Strong coordination skills with regulators and stakeholders
