Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Manager to join our fast-growing UAE Transfer Pricing & Corporate Tax practice. This role involves international tax advisory, business development, and client relationship management. The right candidate will act as a strategic contributor to the growth of our tax practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage UAE Transfer Pricing & Corporate Tax projects (documentation, compliance & advisory).
- Develop and implement business development strategies to attract and retain high-profile clients.
- Act as a client relationship manager, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Identify and pursue new revenue growth opportunities, including cross-selling with other service lines.
- Stay updated with UAE tax laws, ESR, and OECD TP guidelines.
- Mentor and train junior staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare client proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with partners & leadership on strategic practice direction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA-qualified, with 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing & Corporate Tax.
- Strong technical knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines, UAE CT laws, and ESR regulations.
- Proven business development & client acquisition track record.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to relocate from India to Dubai.
